Difference Between Stimulants and Depressants

Stimulants are psychoactive drugs that increase alertness, attention, and energy, while depressants are psychoactive drugs that have the opposite effect. Both have different effects on the body, mind, and behavior. Stimulants increase blood pressure and heart rate, while depressants decrease blood pressure and heart rate.
